GameSessions block in Russia / Блок GameSessions в России
This is a service announcement for our Russian users.
In April, the Russian telecoms regulator blocked a large number of IP addresses, including some owned by Amazon and Google. Our servers were affected too.
It means our games cannot be downloaded from Russia at the moment.
This is a Government measure and it is unfortunately out of our control. We are working on a workaround, but we cannot guarantee a solution.
If you are seeing messages similar to “There has been a network error…” when installing or running our software, then it is very likely that you are being affected by the the IP blocking.
